ChIP experiments were performed according to the procedure described previously and used specific antibodies for H3K27me3 with minimal modification. Two independent biological replicates were set for NCSCs. DNA fragments were purified with the QIAquick PCR purification kit (Qiagen 28106). Sequencing for H3K27me3 (paired-ending sequencing) was performed on the Illumina HiSeq3000 platform. |
