XN0437T_Transcriptome_T3 Total RNA was isolated using an RNeasy Plus Kit (Qiagen, Germany), purified using an RNeasy MinElute Cleanup kit (Qiagen, Germany), and then qualified by an Agilent2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technology, USA). Sequencing libraries were constructed using the TruSeq RNA Sample Preparation Kit (Illumina, USA) and qualified by an Agilent2100 Bioanalyzer.
