The high-molecular-weight DNA (12 -20 kb in length) was extracted from in vitro seedlings based on the Oxford Nanopore\'s \'\'1D gDNA selection for long reads\'\' protocol. The library was constructed using LSK108 kit and sequenced using 38 R9.4 flow cells on the Nanopore GridION X5 sequencer. The base calling was perfromed using Albacore in MinKNOW package.
