The fresh fecal samples were obtained from 190 individuals and all of the samples were stored at -80 degree centigrade until DNA extraction. A total of 200 mg of each fecal sample was used for DNA extraction according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The KAPA was used of amplify the 16S rRNA (V3-V4) gene tags. Each DNA sample of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene was generated by amplified with primer 341F and 805R. The products were submitted to the next-generation sequencing laboratory of Novogene Bioinformatics Institute, Beijing, China. |
