total genomic DNA was extract from leaves with CTAB methods,the genomic DNA was digested with the restriction enzyme MseI.The PCR amplification of the digested samples was performed after the barcode adapters ligation for the library construction. Then the library were pooled together and sequenced with the Illumina HiSeq 4000 platform basing on the Paired-End 150 (PE150) strategy. |
