Genomic DNA was extracted from four individual LSCC tissues and four adjacent non-cancerous normal tissues. Then, a LSCC genomic DNA library with 10mg total DNA consisted of equal DNA content from each individual LSCC DNA was constructed. The normal genomic DNA library was acquired by the same manner.
Genomic DNA degradation and contamination was checked on agarose gels. DNA purity was evaluated using a NanoPhotometer® spectrophotometer (IMPLEN, CA, USA). DNA concentration was measured using the Qubit® DNA Assay Kit and a Qubit® 2.0 Flurometer (Life Technologies, CA, USA).
